That’s where this site comes in. I’m going to chart my low carb weight loss in a way that makes sense to my analytical self. I’d love it if you would follow my progress, which will help motivate me to stay on track and then to keep the weight off, and in turn I would love to help you lose weight and chart your progress.

*By low carbing, I mean eating a diet low in carbohydrates. I would consider myself an evolving Paleo-friendly Atkins proponent. I aim to eat real food versus processed junk, organic food when it’s available, and grass-fed beef when I can afford it. I prefer home cooking to eating out or grabbing an Atkins shake. However, I am not here to tell you what you can or can’t eat, or what you should or shouldn’t eat. I’m here to share my food, my recipes, my experiences and preferences. I hope you enjoy my site!
