Low Carb Shake Base

I drink at least a shake a day, generally for breakfast–but they’re great for lunch, dinner, and dessert too.  Vary the flavor by getting different flavored zero carb protein powder!

6.25 net carbs

3T ground flax
2T cream cheese
1 oz cream
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1 scoop zero carb protein powder
4 ice cubes

  1. Blend.
  2. Eat it.  Er, drink it.
